During this fun and educational journey, we are sure you will fall in love with Belize, its great scenery, year-round good weather and some of the friendliest people on the planet!
 
Each morning of the event we will have breakfast, followed by a presentation addressing various issues that people making the transitions, either to retire, buy a home or rental property or to buy or start a business need to know.

We will hold the seminar the beautiful Mangata Villas Resort, located 6 miles north of San Pedro town on the island of Ambergris Caye. This oceanfront private resort includes a pool, private beach with cabana loungers, an oceanfront beach bar and pizza grill, kayaks and more. We will have exclusive use of the resort (it is a small boutique property with only five accommodations and we have booked the entire resort.
 
The Seminar fee covers most everything. Here’s what’s included:
 

• 3 nights lodging, ground transportation to/from San Pedro Airport.
• Breakfast included daily
• Free use of Paddle Boards, Kayaks and Mangata has a nice pool, an awesome beach bar, daybeds for lounging, corn-hole and the beachfront bar is serving up all types of cocktails, awesome margaritas and great homemade pizzas for your lunch needs.
• Welcome Reception with cocktails and snacks
• 3 nightly Dinners:

1. 1. We will have our first night Welcome Reception, followed by a full Belizean Dinner and then each night we will visit a nice restaurant for dinner.
   2. Tuesday: The Famous Elvi’s Kitchen, a favorite and a long-standing Belizean Classic serving up great food for more than 35 years.
   3. Wednesday: We will dine overlooking the Caribbean Sea at Portofino Restaurant, one of Ambergris Caye’s first fine dining establishments (serving fine foods in a casual beachfront atmosphere).

 
Come learn, relax and enjoy. You have two choices of accommodations:
 

1) Oceanfront Villa (a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with kitchenette in the main building, view of the pool, beach and the Caribbean Sea.

2) Private Casita. Located behind the main building, these extra-large rooms have a king bed, large high-end bathroom and a kitchenette w refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, etc.. They are individual casitas, each with their own front deck area and nestled amongst the palm/coconut trees.
